Returns & exchanges

The short version

• You can return any item within 14 calendar days of receiving it, as required by EU / Romanian law (OUG 34/2014), for any reason.
• Items must be unworn, unwashed, with labels and in the original condition. Try it on, sure — just don't wear it to the social first.
• Refunds go back to the original payment method (card) or by bank transfer (cash on delivery) within 14 days of receiving the return.
• Return shipping is paid by you, unless the item is faulty or we sent the wrong thing — then it's on us.

How to return

1. Fill in the return form below (or email us your order number). 2. We send you the return address and instructions within one working day. 3. Ship it back; keep the tracking number. 4. We confirm receipt and refund within 14 days.

Exchanges

Need another size? The fastest way is a return + a new order — sizes sell out. If the size you need is in stock, mention it in the form and we'll hold it.

Faulty items

Print or stitching problem? Send us a photo — we replace or refund, shipping on us. Legal warranty applies.
